Mark was great in locating the leak and coordinating the additional work to begin installing new main water line (will keep you posted as the work proceeds). Final work scheduled for next week. Work completed, they trenched from meter to house wtr valve, installed new copper pipe from meter to house valve, cleaned and restored all areas that were trenched for access, removal and replacement. Plumber and landscape service (trenching) did great job, will recommend this company in the future. Meter now reads 75% less now that major leak was repaired.

I had the pleasure of Jonathan and Adam from Precision Plumbing work on replacing my Washing Machine Valves and replacing them due to years of built up corrosion. They came out to my house promptly and did such a good job in my laundry room that I wanted them to return to do some additional work. Today they returned and completed an outdoor hot water spigot for me and once again rose above. They were such a pleasure talking to, completely professional, honest, reliable and to me, as an OCD person, did such Clean work. Love it! I now will not trust another plumbing company other than this one, and will continue to call on these two individuals to make any of my house calls. By the way, they will be back because I have a third plumbing job that needs to be completed and I'm now fully convinced these are the guys! UPDATE- Have had a second issue with a toilet base leak and Tim was dispatched to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to explain what was the source of the leak and did an awesome job of replacing the needed parts within an hour. This is definitely my ‘go-to’ service provider for all things related to plumbing! Precision Plumbing had Sean dispatched to my home within an hour of my call. I had a leaky bathroom faucet which Sean was able to identify a range options for fixing or replacing. Sean looked for replacement parts but found the item was discontinued and warranty parts no longer available. I texted him the dimensions of a replacement faucet I bought to make sure he could install it. Within 24 hours he was back and swapped out two matching bathroom faucets. What makes this company amazing is that they did not stop working with me until I had exactly what I needed. You get Professionalism, Integrity, and a guarantee behind their service. And they give a free estimate which I found to be fair and competitive.
